“Konnichiwa, Ryosuke-kun!"

The voice of Konoe was heard as Ryosuke swiftly turned around and was greeted by an afternoon kiss. They pulled away,

"Ah! Nothing beats an afternoon kiss after Class!"

Ryosuke said and nuzzled his head on the crook of her neck.

Konoe giggled and pushed him away .The color pink enclosing her face.

"Oi! There's 'Ryoko'!"

Shouted by the very excited Yuuri.

Sighs, he can really be noisy occasionally.

The rest of them followed (Yuto, Daiki, Ryutaro, and Keito)

"Hey guys, how's School?"

Ryoko asked in unison.

"Seriously, I would've clapped if you planned on speaking at the same time."

Daiki muttered as Konoe apologized.

"Sorry guys, Ryosuke -kun and I have the same School, while all of you aren't so I couldn't keep an eye on all of you."

She joked and everyone laughed.

"Soo... Ryosuke-kun, what are you planning to do on your upcoming birthday??"

Keito grinned as he slung an arm on Ryosuke's shoulder. Konoe's head shot up with delight. She looked at Yuto and smiled.

"Ano...I'm just going to catch a chat with Yuto-kun!"

And off she dragged Yuto, leaving everyone confused.

"So, why did you drag me here?"

Yuto asked Konoe while sitting on one of the bench she was sitting at.

"Well, since you're the best friend of Ryosuke-kun, I'm gonna ask, what do you guys do on Ryosuke's birthday? Since, you know, you’ve been friends for years now, and I recently just became his girlfriend."

She shrugged. Yuto looked thoughtful for a moment,

"Well, we usually go to the arcade shop or Mall to celebrate his birthday, maybe buy him some things he likes as a present."

Konoe’s mouth formed and out came an 'oh'.

"Well, I want something special to happen on his birthday! So I need your help! And the others too! You will help me will you?"

She pleaded while making cute puppy eyes. Yuto couldn’t help but blush and smile,

"Hai, Ill help, and I think the others will help too."

He nodded. Konoe squealed and hugged Yuto by the neck,

"Arigatou! Arigatou! Arigatou!"

She jumped up and down.

"So, I’ll meet you here at the mall, this Wednesday?"

Yuto nodded. And they pulled away heading back to their places.

Without knowing, some saw the hug and thought different.

"Hey guys! You won’t believe what we saw!"

Yuuri and Keito shouted as they ran back.

"What?"

Ryosuke asked.

They gulped, looked at each other and then finally looked at Ryosuke,

"We saw Konoe and Yuto hugging each other!!"

Ryosuke's eyes widened.

"You're kidding right? This is a joke."

Ryosuke spoke utterly confused and sad.

"Nope. We have evidence."

Keito took out his cell phone. Ryosuke grabbed it rather rough and looked at it.

His grip on the gadget tightened at the picture.

Indeed, Konoe and Yuto were hugging each other.

Ryosuke looked at Yuuri,

"Did you hear anything?"

They both nodded,

"I heard that they'll be seeing each other on Wednesday, but we don’t know why."

Yuuri responded and Keito nodded. Ryosuke looked down,

"Do you think...Konoe’s cheating on me..?"

He asked everyone. Daiki stepped forward,

"Ryosuke, Konoe-san’s a great girl and I know she only has eyes for you, trust me on this.”

Daiki smiled.

"Hey guys! Sorry took so long! Yuto and I had a long chat!"

Konoe suddenly appeared and latched to Ryosuke's arm.

She looked up at him,

"So, what did you guys talk about while we were gone?"

She smiled cutely. Everyone excluding Konoe and Yuto stiffened.

"No-Nothing...we just talked about School...is all..."

Ryutaro laughed nervously. Konoe was about to ask but let it drop.

"Well, we have to go now, see ya later Konoe-chan, Ryosuke-kun!"

Keito, Daiki and Yuuri waved good bye.

"See ya on Monday!"

Konoe waved back.

"Me too. I got to go meet Dad by the Gate."

Ryutaro said and always made his way.

Konoe pouted and stomped her foot,

“They’re leaving us behind! How rude!"

Konoe went out of Ryosuke's grasp and sat on a bench.

Konoe, Ryosuke, and Yuto were the only ones left.

"Ryosuke-kun, what do you want as a birthday present?"

Konoe asked and started fiddling with her cell phone.

Ryosuke looked at her and smiled,

"I like anything as long as it’s from the heart."

Konoe blushed and giggled,

"You hear that, Yuto-kun? Anything from the heart. Now you have to act like a girl to know what you’ll give to Ryosuke-kun."

Yuto made a fake shocked expression,

"You just have to say it, Ryosuke!"

The trio laughed.

"Well, my mom wants me home before dinner so I’ll be seeing you two on Monday. Ja!"

Yuto waved.

"So what did you talk about with Yuto?"

Ryosuke cautiously asked as Konoe’s body stiffened. She shook her head and said,

"N-Nothing"

Ryosuke's grip on Konoes waist tightened. ...

"Keito and Yuuri told me they saw you...and Yuto hugging each other...is it true?"

Her eyes widened and her head shot up.

"It’s only a friendly hug! Nothing more! I was going to meet him on Wednesday so we coul-?!"

She rambled, but suddenly covered her mouth.

Ryosuke narrowed his eyes and pinned Konoe at a nearby wall, gazing dead into her eyes.

"What? Why are you going to meet him?"

He demanded.

“u-uh”

Konoe could only stutter a response.

He pushed her even more,

"Why are you meeting him?"

Ryosuke added.

She looked at him with fear in her eyes.

"..I...I...wanted to buy something special...for someone..."

She admitted. Ryosuke gaze on her softened and he let her go.

"Why didn’t you tell me? I could’ve been the one to come with you."

He reasoned and they started walking again.

"Ah! N-no! I wouldn’t want to trouble you! Your birthday is coming up and I wouldn’t want to cause you a burden!"

She rambled.

Ryosuke laughed and smiled at her cuteness. He rested his chin on her shoulder and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"But… I'm getting jealous... You know how jealous I can get..."

He reasoned as he pulled his lips slightly.

Konoe chuckled at Ryosuke’s cuteness in pouting and patted his head.

"Aww. Don’t worry! We won’t do anything! You’re still the one I Love!"

She reassured and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. Ok. He nodded.

"Sorry I took long! I had to convince Ryosuke to let me go alone!"

Konoe apologized and waved at Yuto.

"It’s alright. Let’s go get the things we need for his birthday."

He smiled and dragged her to random stores.

"Aw, come on, Yuuri! I want to buy it! Just wait here, ok?"

Keito pleaded and went inside the Arcade shop.

Yuuri sighed in irritation and stayed outside of the shop.

He scanned his surroundings and his eyes almost popped out of its sockets and his mouth flew open.

Across from them, Konoe and Yuto were walking--hand in hand.

Keito popped out of nowhere and looked at Yuuri,

"Ok! We can go now! I finally bought it! Want to play it later?"

Yuuri took hold of Keito face and forced him to look at where he was staring.

"What the-?!"

Keito said and his expression was like Yuuri's.

"..Oh..."

Keito stated.

Yuuri ran towards Konoe and Yuto, Keito following suit.

"Hey guys! Having fun?"

He eyed their hands and they let go--blushing.

"So why are you shopping with Yuto and not Ryosuke?"

Keito asked and Konoe looked up,

"I’ll tell you guys later! But now let’s eat! ‘Im hungry!"

Konoe said.

"So Youre telling us that you need help in decorating a surprise party for Ryosuke?"

Yuuri asked slipping on his iced tea,

"And we need to be quiet so he won’t suspect a thing?"

Keito continued as both Konoe and Yuto nodded at every word.

"Yeah, so will you help us? I can easily convince the others about this."

Konoe pleaded.

"But what...about the hug...you and Yuto...?"

Yuto laughed,

"It was just a thank you hug, because I agreed to her plans."

"Okay, we get it now, we’ll help, when are we going to start decorating?"

Konoe and Yuto smiled.

"Okay, here’s the plan..."

Just one more day and it’s going to be Ryosuke's birthday.

But...instead of feeling happy and excited, he was feeling jealous and angry.

Jealous, because noticed Konoe was paying more and more attention to Yuto and less to him.

Angry, because the others wouldn’t say anything that regards Konoe and Yuto.

He was walking in the hallways--alone for the past days now.

He was even more pissed, cause instead of the usual name 'Ryosuke' meaning Ryosuke and Konoe,

Instead, they were calling 'Yuko ' meaning Yuto and Konoe.

As he was walking he noticed Konoe and Yuto wrapping something.

That made him growl and stormed towards them.

"How are you today, love?"

He asked purposely ignoring Yuto as both Konoe and Yuto tried to cover what they were wrapping.

"Ah! Ko-Konnichiwa, Ryo-Ryosuke-kun! Wh-What brings you here?"

Konoe asked smiling nervously. He raised an eyebrow,

"can’t I visit MY girlfriend?”

He asked sweetly but behind that smile he was surely angry.

"Yes you can! Ok, I’ll spend time with you today. Yuto-kun, can you manage to wrap it?"

She turned towards Yuto.

"Yeah, but don’t blame me if it doesn’t turn out good!"

She giggled,

"I’m sure it will! Well, me and Ryosuke-kun will have quality time together now, bye!"

And she dragged Ryosuke to God-knows-where.

"So, what do you want to talk about, Ryosuke-kun?"

Konoe asked and turned to face Ryosuke. He frowned and crossed his arms,

"You can start talking to what’s happening between you and Yuto."

She looked at him with a cluttered look.

"Huh? What are yo-"

"You can start explaining why you are paying more and more attention to him than me!"

Ryosuke growled and she smiled,

"Because we’re making a surprise for you!"

Ryosuke’s frown turned upside down.

"What surprise?"

She winked at him,

"Gomen! It wouldn’t be a surprise if I tell you now wouldn’t it?"

She joked.

"Okay, Okay, you’re obviously not going to tell me, so I’ll wait till my birthday...if I can stop the jealousy..."

He sighed. Konoe smirked,

"So that’s why you’re acting strange these past days! You’re jealous! Don’t worry, I still love you more than anything! Why don’t we have some time together?"

She winked at him.

Ryosuke smirked,

"That sounds great!".

And just that, they spend that day together.

Going to an ice cream store, go shopping together, and do everything together.

And when the big day come...

"Okay, were here! You can get the blindfold off now!"

Konoe said. Ryosuke took off the blindfold and adjusted his eyes to the light.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYOSUKE!!”

The guys – Yuto, Yuuri, Daiki, Ryutaro, Keito and Konoe shouted to a surprised Ryosuke.

They were in the rooftop of Konoe's two-story house, with lot of decorations.

"Come on! Let’s party!!"

Ryutaro shouted and the birthday party went on.

"Time for presents!"

Keito shouted as they went inside Konoe’s two-story house (Yes, she lives alone).

When they got to the living room, Ryosuke saw presents--big and small.

"Guys, you didn’t have to"

Ryosuke said smiled at everyone.

"Aw, but we want to!”

Daiki chuckled.

"Don’t open all of them! Just open this one!"

Daiki said and gave Ryosuke the present Konoe and Yuto were wrapping yesterday.

"So, this is your surprise! That’s why you’ve been hanging around Yuto too much this past days"

Ryosuke laughed.

He unwrapped it and his eyes widened at the sight.

It was a light blue photo album and in the front was the picture of all of them.

It says below, 'Otanjoubi Omedetou Gozaimasu! Ryosuke-kun~!'

“happy Birthday Ryosuke-kun!”

He flipped through the pages and all of them were special memories to him, To Konoe, to every one of them.

"You said anything from the heart, so we figured placing the great memories we had in this photo album but since its memories, let’s say it’s a special Memory book."

Yuto said and everyone gave warm smiles. Ryosuke smiled and said,

"Thank you, every one."

"Well, you can repay us by giving Konoe a kiss, here, in front of us!!"

Yuuri crackled as Ryosuke blushed.

Konoe snickered and dragged him towards her room.

Everyone followed with cheesy grins on their faces.

They stopped in front of her door,

"Let’s kiss under the mistletoe!"

Konoe suggested. Ryosuke looked at her strangely and looked up, sure enough, mistletoe was hanging.

"It’s not Christmas”

Ryosuke muttered.

"Well, yeah, but that doesn’t mean we can’t kiss under it!"

Konoe argued with a slight pout.

Ryosuke laughed and pulled Konoe in a VERY passionate kiss.

Cheers were heard as the couples kissed--seeming to enjoy the show.

'This is the best birthday ever'

Ryosuke thought and smiled in the kiss.

I cherished every memory we had. Every day we spent together and every day we loved each other. Even though we have flaws in our personality, the one we love can always understand...that's why we chose them, because we know, they can teach us...not to perfect the flaws, but to cherish it...anyone has flaws, even what the call perfect people...This is the best day, with my friends and with the one I love. I love you forever more
